21 October 2008 - "The Role of Exhibitions in the Marketing Mix"

UFI has developed an introductory online course on "The Role of Exhibitions in the Marketing Mix", available free of charge to all.

Commenting on the launch of the course, the organisation says: “As a privileged forum for dialogue, one of UFI's main goals is to represent its members and the exhibition industry worldwide. One of the most important objectives of UFI is to promote trade fairs and exhibitions globally as a unique marketing and communications tool. To create understanding and appreciation of this unique face-to-face marketing medium, UFI has worked closely with the University of Cooperative Education, Ravensburg, Germany to develop an introductory course on "The Role of Exhibitions in the Marketing Mix."

Comprising a free education course package, the eight-hour programme is available to all for downloading on the UFI website. Included in the programme are PowerPoint presentations, PDF versions for text reproduction, case studies and exam questions. The course is available in several languages including English, Chinese, French, Arabic, Czech, Romanian and Dutch.
